Dr. Helena Soomer Lincoln, creator and founder of TruBridge™, recently competed in a bodybuilding competition at the Sasquatch Pro and NPC event, held at the Federal Way Performance Center. Dr. Lincoln’s passion for bodybuilding reflects her belief in the body’s miraculous ability to heal and rebuild—an idea central to TruBridge’s innovative restoration process.
