About TruBridge™

Inspiration, Transformation, Preservation…

The TruBridge™ Story can be Your Success Story.

Inspiration:

TruBridge™ was inspired by the quest for a better solution to unrestorable, terminal dentition. Our goal is to create a complete transformation, accomplished gently, atraumatically, and non-invasively, while preserving as much healthy, viable tissue and bone as possible.

Our discovery maintains the mouth’s natural sockets and ridgeline, preserving the keratinized, attached gingiva for future implant placements.

After an appropriate period, when the sockets have filled with new, yet soft bone, dental implants can be placed with minimal drilling. These implants fill the former tooth sockets, restoring harmony in the jawbone. The tops of the implants are soon ready to support a beautiful dental bridge without artificial gingiva, as the patient’s original gingiva is fully preserved.

Comparison:

Removable Dentures:
The oldest dental replacement method, these are bulky and unnatural, covering the entire palate and vestibular corridors, with lower dentures extending to the vestibule and lingual side.

“Snap-on” Dentures:
A popular upgrade to basic dentures, utilizing implant-supported locators where the denture snaps on. However, the denture-acrylic material is softer than enameled teeth and prone to breaking.

All-on-4™ or All-on-6™:
These methods surgically remove the alveolar bone. Implants are placed at acute angles into the native bone below the roots. This procedure occurs under general anesthesia, and the prosthetic is created while the patient is asleep. The prosthetic is thick, heavy, and includes artificial teeth and gums, leaving a gap between the bridge and the patient’s remaining bone. Furthermore, angled implants prevent the prosthesis from functioning like natural teeth.

Transformation:

TruBridge™ represents the most natural and non-invasive way to restore a patient’s smile. We start with the end result in mind and carry it through to completion.

Our process begins with a CBCT scan (3D X-ray) to provide the information necessary for atraumatic extractions and implant placement. Next, the patient’s teeth and jaws are digitally scanned.

Preservation:

The TruRidge® Preservation Process focuses on preserving the most tissue by utilizing favorable stages of healing for implant placement.

TruBridge™ simply gives patients back their teeth – no artificial gums, no bulky or foreign feeling. Our breakthrough prosthetics weigh about a quarter of other prosthetics, advancing the standard of quality and design in dental restoration to a whole new level.

The TruBridge™ Difference

Zirconia-Strong

For many years, the industry standard for fixed bridges was porcelain fused to metal, commonly known as “PFM bridges.” The introduction of solid or monolithic Zirconia has revolutionized this standard, offering an ideal material that maximizes strength while minimizing size. Zirconia provides exceptional durability and a natural translucency, closely replicating the vibrancy of natural teeth, making it a superior choice for modern dental restorations.

Ultra-Light

The average weight of an All-on-Four™ prosthesis can be an uncomfortable and unanticipated burden for many patients due to the inclusion of artificial gingiva. The TruRidge® surgical technique eliminates the need for this excess material, resulting in a light, natural-feeling restoration. TruBridge™ is the lightest full-arch dental bridge ever made, offering unmatched comfort and a more natural experience for your patients.

Minimally Invasive

The key to the TruBridge™ restoration is the TruRidge® Preservation System. This system employs gentle, atraumatic extractions to maintain the physical integrity of the periodontal sockets. As a result, the patient’s jawline and gumline are well-preserved, preventing the unnecessary collapse or deformity that can occur when gums and bone are surgically reduced or removed.

True Look and Feel

Every effort is made to replicate the patient’s smile and restore their functional chewing and bite to its original state. Crucial to this process are the use of atraumatic extraction techniques and the placement of all four implants in the patient’s original tooth sockets.

Continuity of Care

Continuity of care is central to customizing TruBridge™ for each patient. Our patent-pending systems technology is integrated throughout the lifecycle of TruRidge® restoration and TruBridge™ design and creation. Produced in our own laboratory according to proprietary TruBridge™ specifications, we ensure a tailored and precise restoration for every individual.

The TruRidge® Preservation Process

Through the TruRidge® Preservation Process, tissue regeneration of the periodontium (“sock-ets”) maintains the natural form and function of natural teeth offering support, stability and retention.

The TruRidge® Preservation Process retains the original sockets and bone surrounding those sockets. Implants are then placed in the original sockets so that the final TruBridge™ restoration can feel and work like the patient’s original teeth.
