Meet Dr. Helena Soomer Lincoln

D.D.S., PhD, Founder and inventor of the TruBridge™ Dental Restoration

Dr. Helena Soomer Lincoln began her dental training in the Baltic country of Estonia, graduating with a dental degree in 1996 and joining the work force at the Tallinn Dental Clinic. There, she focused on oral surgery and prosthodontics, where she removed diseased and unrestorable teeth and replaced them with partial and full dentures.

In 1997, she took on post-graduate studies in Forensic Odontology at the University of Helsinki, Finland, Department of Forensic Medicine. Her unique training led to several scholarships to multiple countries and organizations including the University of Oslo, School of Dentistry, in Oslo Norway; the University of Copenhagen, School of Dentistry in Copenhagen, Denmark; and the University of Athens in Greece.

After earning a PhD in 2003 she moved to the United States where she attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry International Dentist. She graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in May 2010 and began a general dentistry residency at the University of Michigan Hospital.

Dr. Lincoln is fluent in several languages, including English, Estonian, Russian and Finnish. Her interests include gardening and physical fitness.
